We are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. We appreciate you raising a concern or complaint so that we can review a process to see if it is fit for purpose or does it need to be reviewed and changed. If we haven’t got it right, what can we do better and how can we make sure this doesn’t happen again. We want any concerns or complaints to be investigated thoroughly in line with our complaints policy and a mutually agreed resolution as soon as possible for all of our patients.
